The Fauquier County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office is seeking an intern to perform the following job functions:
Legal intern/extern to assist with the prosecution of cases in Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court, General District Court and Circuit Court. Perform any and all other responsibilities as assigned by the Commonwealth’s Attorney or staff. Generally, interns/externs will perform legal research, factual research/investigation and case file development. Also, intern/extern may assist prosecuting attorney with in-court duties. All work is under the supervision of licensed (VA) attorneys in Commonwealth’s Attorneys Office.
